How Can F.A.S.T. Help Me

Falsely Accused or Wrongfully Convicted

F.A.S.T Can Help You

Most innocent people are completely overwhelmed when a juvenile makes false allegations against them. At first, you might think the whole thing is a joke, but then you realize that this is the worst situation you have ever been in, and the hot fear begins. You cry. Learn what we have to teach, and you can fight back, intelligently.

When you are falsely accused of child sex abuse, you and those who love you, are plunged into a very specific kind of hell. You usually had no idea this kind of thing happens in the United States or any other western world country.

It is happening all of the time. The US Justice Department, the FBI, and The Innocence Project all estimate that anywhere from 10% to 25% of all convicted child sex offenders are innocent.

Your spouse, friends and families sometimes turn against you. You must often give up everything you own to pay attorney's fees. You might have to accept a public defender, if you cannot afford to pay a private attorney.

Some people seriously consider suicide. Wrong choice!!!! You really do have options. Read this website and Allen Cowling's website. His website address is http://www.allencowling.com/.

At first, none of these innocent people completely understand their own situation or how to cope with it. They don't know that their own defense attorneys, especially public defenders, can be their worst enemies, or what to do about it.

These innocent people all need intelligent, caring, supportive, educational help.

  • Much of the help our FAST, False Allegations Solutions Team offers comes in the form of the educational articles on our website, and other articles that we send out to our innocent FAST people via email.

  • Our newsletter, The FAST Letter always contains pertinent educational information. Many members have contributed useful articles over the years.

  • We offer solid emotional support by email and sometimes, a few phone calls. (Elaine and Susan cannot afford to call people. FAST has no funding for that. You must call us. Email is better, though, because of the wealth of valuable information we can attach to emails. Once in a great while, when it is logistically possible, Elaine and Susan meet with FAST members.

  • In emails, we continue to educate people about dealing with various issues and problems in their individual case.

  • We educate our FAST people about how Child Protective Services, law enforcement, the Justice System, and attorneys, operate.

  • If a FAST member is in a position to reveal his or her story, we publish the stories in The FAST Letter and on our website, both with and without using real names and locations.

  • The members of FAST who believe in a Higher Power and prayer, pray for everybody in FAST, every day. We try to pray together, at 10PM, Eastern Standard Time. We also offer special prayers for people facing an up-coming legal event, such as a hearing or trial.

  • However, you do not have to believe in a Higher Power or prayer to be part of FAST. FAST is not a religious organization. We help anyone who needs our help, and we have members of all faiths and no faith. It just turned out that several of us believe in prayer, and so we agreed to pray.

  • We teach these innocent people how to diplomatically deal with and help their attorneys.

  • We teach FAST people to educate their attorneys about how to win false allegation cases.

  • We teach people their rights when dealing with their attorneys. Ie: Under the law, attorneys must do what their clients want them to do. Attorneys all know that, but most do not want their clients to know it.

  • We teach people how to request a change of court appointed attorneys, and to fire a private attorney who is not producing, whom they distrust.

  • Members of FAST are working toward getting media coverage of FAST, False Allegations Solutions Team, so that the public can begin to understand the seriousness of the problem of false allegations of child sex abuse.

Most criminal defense attorneys do not know how to win false allegation of child sex abuse, cases. They tend to handle the trials of innocent people in the same manner that they handle cases in which the defendant really is guilty. You have to do more and go further, to win false allegation cases. People falsely accused of child abuse are perceived as guilty until proven innocent because of the child abuse hysteria in the western world. There is a lot of misinformation going around about child sex abuse, as well. People tend to believe that everyone who is accused of child sex abuse, is guilty. People tend to believe that children do not lie about child sex abuse. (Of course they do!) And, they believe that all sex offenders will turn out to be torturers and murderers. This is completely untrue. Nevertheless, the prevailing public attitude is "lock 'em up, and throw away the key!" Unfortunately, most jurors have that same emotional attitude. Judges are no better, because they do not want to appear soft on child sex abuse.

So, you have to present the court with an INNOCENT defendant. You have to go so far into reasonable doubt that it essentially shows that the defendant is innocent. Ordinary reasonable doubt is not enough in today's courts. People who can show reasonable doubt lose all the time.
